Small Business Server send Performance Reports in base64 encoding:

I have found this to be an issue with AVG 8 and other anti virus solutions, the workaround is to exclude the following folders from the resident shield:

C:\Program Files\Exchsvr...

Mailroot
CONNDATA
MDBDATA
MTADATA
SCHEMA

or you can just exclude the entire Exchsvr folder.
